1. Assemble the collar pattern pieces according to the instructions and cut the pieces from your desired material. We recommend using merino wool for sewing accessories.
2. Place the front and back pieces of the collar right sides together and sew one of the shoulder seams.
3. Finish the edges of the front and back pieces of the collar with a serger, starting from the open shoulder seam.
4. Sew the other shoulder seam together with the right sides facing each other.
5. Sew the vertical seam of the collar piece together with the right sides facing each other and fold the collar in half, right side out.
6. Slip the collar inside the neckline and sew the collar onto the neckline.
7. Move to the sewing machine and topstitch the neckline seam allowance onto the collar piece, stitching the outer edge of the other shoulder seam flat at the same time.
8. Press the finished edge of the collar and enjoy the warmth of the collar!
