4. Legal basis and purpose of personal data processing
The general prerequisite for the processing of personal data according to the Personal Data Act is a legitimate interest, customer relationship, the customer's consent, an order given by the customer, or the implementation of rights and obligations arising from contracts between Ommellinen Oy and the customer and legal provisions.
The purpose of the processing and of the register is to manage Ommellinen Oy's customer relations, marketing and service development. The information in the register can be processed for customer service and marketing purposes.

Ommellinen Oy's obligation is to ensure the correctness of the request and to deliver the personal data in electronic or paper form within 30 [calendar] days of one month.
