Online Store

OMMELLINEN OY (Business ID 2801059-3) sells products to adults in Finland and Europe. Prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs. Products can be made from our fabrics for sale unless otherwise noted. Reselling fabrics within Finland is prohibited.

Ordering

Products are ordered through our online store by adding them to the shopping cart and completing the purchase at checkout.
The minimum order amount for fabrics is 40 cm. We do not ship smaller pieces.

An order confirmation is automatically sent to your email. If you do not receive the confirmation within 24 hours of your order, please contact us via email. Please ensure that your contact information, especially your phone number and email address, is correct.

We can combine multiple orders from the same customer if the "your order has been processed" notification has not been sent. If you know at the time of ordering that you want the order to wait for an additional order, please mention this in the comment field. The shipping method and payment must be selected with the first order so we know the delivery method and location in advance. If the total amount of your orders is over 150 € and you have paid the shipping fee, we will refund the shipping costs to you. When placing an additional order, choose "combine with previous order" as the shipping method and make sure that your name and address information are identical in all your orders. Please inform us if you want your order shipped or held for further orders. We cannot combine orders from different customers. However, we can cut the fabrics into desired pieces if you place a joint order with a friend.

Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods include online banking, card payments (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard), mobile payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Siirto, MobilePay, Pivo), as well as invoice and installment payments. Detailed information on available payment methods is provided at checkout. Credit-based payment methods may require acceptance of additional terms and the provision of a personal identity number for creditworthiness verification. We use third-party payment services such as Paytrail Oyj and Klarna.

One of the payment intermediaries and service providers is Paytrail Oyj (Business ID 2122839-7), in collaboration with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient on your bank statement or card bill and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In case of complaints, please contact the product supplier first.

Another payment intermediary and service provider is Klarna Bank AB. Klarna Bank AB (publ) is headquartered at SveavΓ€gen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden. It is registered in the Swedish company register with the ID 556737-0431 ("Klarna"). Klarna offers financial services, mainly online payment services, and its license is granted by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority, Box 7821, 10397 Stockholm, registration number 41538. Shipping Methods and Costs

Shipping costs generally start at 5.50 € for deliveries within Finland. Orders over 150 € will be delivered to Finland without a shipping cost. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

We ship products to Finland and the countries available for selection as the delivery country in the online store's shopping cart. Shipping costs and methods for other countries are displayed at checkout when the delivery country is selected. Shipping costs to Europe are generally 10-15 €. Your order will generally be shipped within 1-3 business days of receipt. Any exceptions to delivery times will be noted separately.
