To notify us of a return or order cancellation, please fill in the form. You will receive further instructions by email.
How to return an item
1. Fill in the return or cancellation form above.
2. You will receive a confirmation and return instructions by email.
3. Send the item you wish to return according to the instructions provided.
4. In Finland, you can use Ommellinen’s return service with Posti or Matkahuolto. A 6 € return fee will be deducted from your refund.
5. For returns from outside Finland, you are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment yourself.
6. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order in our online store.
7. The returned item must be unused, unwashed and essentially unchanged.
